Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WA Boom, its team, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees resulting from your use of the platform. 8. Data & Content Responsibility You are solely responsible for: All data uploaded or sent through your account Obtaining and maintaining valid WhatsApp Business API access Client compliance with WhatsApp/META policies WA Boom bears no responsibility for data loss, privacy issues, legal violations, or misuse of platform features. 9. Use of Brand & Publicity We reserve the right to: Use your brand or logo in our portfolio Display your usage of the platform in testimonials or case studies Request reviews or feedback for marketing purposes 10.
