4. No Revenue Guarantees
WA Boom does not guarantee sales, leads, profits, uptime, or platform performance. Vendors are solely responsible for their marketing, client handling, and service delivery.
5. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or permanently terminate your vendor account:
For any reason, at our sole discretion
Without prior notice
Without compensation, refund, or obligation
This includes breaches of these terms, customer complaints, suspected fraud, abuse, inactivity, or non-compliance.
6. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made by vendors to WA Boom are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Subscriptions
One-time fees
Add-ons
Plugin purchases
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WA Boom, its team, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees resulting from your use of the platform.
8. Data & Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
All data uploaded or sent through your account
Obtaining and maintaining valid WhatsApp Business API access
Client compliance with WhatsApp/META policies
WA Boom bears no responsibility for data loss, privacy issues, legal violations, or misuse of platform features.
9. Use of Brand & Publicity
We reserve the right to:
Use your brand or logo in our portfolio
Display your usage of the platform in testimonials or case studies
Request reviews or feedback for marketing purposes
10. Dispute Resolution

Customer service obligations
WA Boom is not liable for any legal, regulatory, or financial consequences arising from your usage.
15. Final Statement
You understand and accept that WA Boom operates entirely at its own discretion, and you have no right to demand continued access, functionality, revenue share, or support.
