Get Started with WABOOM AI | WhatsApp Cloud API

This guide will help you set up your WABOOM AI account and connect your WhatsApp number so you can start sending messages, running campaigns, and automating conversations.

By the end, you’ll be ready to use WhatsApp as a complete business communication channel.

Before You Begin

To connect your number to the WhatsApp Cloud API, make sure you have:

  • A dedicated phone number not already registered with WhatsApp.

  • A registered business with legal documents (e.g., incorporation certificate, GST for India).

  • A live business website with a privacy policy page.

  • A valid payment method (credit/debit card) for WhatsApp billing.

Step 1: Create Your WABOOM AI Account

  1. Go to the WABOOM AI signup page.

  2. Enter your business details, email, phone number, and website.

  3. Click Sign Up and follow the instructions to activate your account.

Step 2: Connect Your WhatsApp Number

Once your account is active:

  1. Log in to your WABOOM AI dashboard.

  2. Select Add WhatsApp Number.

  3. Choose your setup method:

    • Managed Setup (Recommended): Quick and guided using Meta’s Embedded Signup.

    • Direct Setup: For technical users who want to connect through their own systems.

  4. Complete the verification process by entering the code you receive.

Tip: Don’t use both setup methods at the same time. Pick one and complete it fully.

Step 3: Send Your First Message

  1. From the dashboard, create a Message Template and submit it for approval.

  2. Add or import your contacts (manually or via CSV).

  3. Once approved, select a contact list and send your first broadcast or notification.

Step 4: Verify Your Business (Optional but Recommended)

After setup, your account can send up to 250 messages per day.
To increase this limit, verify your business in Meta Business Manager. This allows you to scale to 1,000 messages per day and beyond.

Follow our guide: How to Verify Your Business with WhatsApp.
